Hi there, for the pilot screw, screw it back in until it bottoms but not too tight and then turn it about 1 turn counterclockwise. And for the throttle cable, there should be just a little bit of freeplay in the thumb before the butterfly opens. As of the idle adjustment, it's kind of a guessing game. Turn that screw counterclockwise until it doesn't touch the throttle lever and then screw it back in just so it opens the butterfly a little bit. You can play with that later when it'll be running. Let me know how it turns out.
