This is what they do in old forge, NY and most of NY; we have to use designated trails/roads only if you venture off trail it can lead to ticket or loss of the trail. This wouldn’t be much of a change for us, unless I’m missing something.
That reminds me of the Segway right before they came out. Cities were rushing to ban them from the sidewalks because they thought people were gonna be ran over.
