I have a 1998 Mariner 20 hp. It is on a 14 ft shallow Legend aluminum boat. We clocked it last summer at 38 mph. Thats pretty fast for a little 20 haha. Can't wait to drive it next summer.

how many people were in it when you had it at 38mph
but either way thats pretty good

me, my dog, and a full tank of gas. No other people were in the boat. Do you have a boat or sled? or any toys haha

i used to have a 12 foot hydroplane with a 25hp merc short shaft. it would pass almost any boat on the lake

I'm with Bob, I had an 11' hydro plane with an old Mercury Hurrican Super 10 (10 hp) I was clocked at 43 mph, What a giggle passing big boats.

LOL!

Whenever we go by those little boats, you can see horror in the people's faces as our huge wake is about to slam them. We had a 1991 19' Thompson with a race built 350 chevy in it.. That thing ripped. Same with our 198? Formula Classic with a race built 350
