I have a quick question......

One of my Polaris 440 Exhaust pipes is cracked at the flared section where it connects to the "Y" pipe. Do you guys just have local muffler shops weld it up and/or weld on a new nipple? or do you take them somewhere else?

Since it's the stock pipe, it's steel...so no fancy brass welds are needed like on some of the higher end pipes. Oh and I suck at welding thin steel. []

There is alomost like a puddy product that can seal cracks and holes, I've had a couple friends use it and it has been fine but it was only on summer toys so i dont know about the colder temps, I would imagine it wouldn't matter cuz it heats up anyways.

sounds easy and i no sum of them are 1/8 thick so its real easy to weld even if its a 1/16 its not bad.
