well made it out to NE ohio to ride this weekend, probably the worst snowmobile trip i've been on, rode 35 miles and managed to blow a piston and catch my 800 zrt on fire, so it is now in about 200 pieces and going up on ebay, let me know if your in need of any
zert parts (its a 96)

That has to suck for your sled to be blown up on the first of the season. How did it start on fire?

not really sure on the whole fire thing, it started backfiring really bad (i think thats where it blew up), so i got off and went to the sled behind me to ask him a question, and he points at my sled and it was shooting flames out the pipes, and it must of melted a fuel line because it made it up under the hood , luckily a random guy with a fire extinguisher got out of his car, took care of hte fire, got back in his car andd rove off haha

Dang, thats the second firecat on SF lately.

So your 800 had a 600 seat?

600 hood, and we used a sharpie to turn the 8 into a 6 on the seat because the seat seemed like a pain in the ass to change

well first off its a 96, a little out dated, there was fuel line damage and wiring damage (no fun), and the piston that went junked the jug, so i would've needed a new jug, plus i'd then have to find out exactly why the motor blew up, and then exactly why the sled caught on fire, and hope that i was right about both fo them so it didn thappen again haha
