Admitedly this is not my area of expertise. I have never set up a router before and am trying to get everything up and going. I have a Linksys BEFSR41 router. Do you have any experience with this router? Any help is much appriciated!

Well if you let it sit for about 2 minutes then it will become unlocked....site is still not working however.
