fuel pump problem

hi i have a 93 polaris trail deluxe and i took it to the shop and they said they fixed it but now it wont run. it sat for quite awhile so im cleaning out everything and need to replace the fuel pump but my pump is a Mikuni 4 port pump the model is 3084261 but when i bring it up it only shows a 3 port. need help in getting a rebuild kit or new pump. help please season almost over.
