After riding my sled around a little, it starts to make a funny rubbing/winding sound when I let off the throttle and slow down almost to a stop then hit it again. If I do that, hear the noise and let of the throttle then punch it again it stops, it seems to come from the clutch, I have torn it apart and not found anything askew... any ideas?

How is your track tension?
Check your jackshaft, chain & axle, to see if any of them are sloppy. Also, grab ahold of your engine & pull it in different directions to see if any motor mounts are broken.
Are there any fresh rub marks on your primary or secondary clutch? If not, I'd bet the noise you're hearing is your chain eating through your case... and that's no good. You can pull your dipstick and see if there's any metal shavings on the magnet at the end of the dipstick.
Just a couple of ideas for you.

Another idea.. how about looking at the inside of the belt guard? Could be that's bent & is making contact with one of the clutches.
