I have a 06 fusion for guests to ride and I would like to put a electric start on it. Does anyone know where I could find one or what I could piece meal together to make something work?

This would be a pricey endeavor.. you would need a starter motor, bendex and battery for sure, plus all the wiring. Then a new primary clutch as they are a different angle than a rope start clutch.. then possibly a new stator to have battery charging, and a new voltage regulator.
Cheapest way would be buy an electric start machine of the same vintage, swap all the parts over and sell off the rest.

I get all of that. Will a kit for an IQ work on a Fusion?

It may. At this point, because of the older chassis you may have to get creative and try things out.
