Well, we got dumped on in the last 36 hours. I was so excited to finally get my sled out. I just went through the whole suspension and replaced bearings and the rails due to some oblonged holes. Well, she took off like normal and then... I decided to slow down. As I was slowing I heard a grinding type of noise, not like metal on metal but almost like rubber on metal. The heavier the wieght transfer was on the front, the louder it got. It sounds like it is coming from under the hood but I cannot tell. It is dark so I just assume I will wait till another day. What could it be? I am thinking it could do with the suspension, but what?. Is my track tension off (I forgot to check that). Guess I didn't do something right. This is my second time going through the suspension on this sled and didn't have problems before. Any one experience this type of a problem? Pretty disheartened at this point.
The sled is a 99 xcr 800 w/ xtra 10. Thanks ahead of time!

Check for some teeth missing on the belt. Mine did the same thing.
