I have a 90 degree handlebar hook on my sled. I like it because, when I am riding on the side of a ditch I hold to a handlebar hook with one hand and my other hand is on the handlebar.

But, what are you asking about the last part you said? "i should get how do u know like 90 degree 45 etc"

id say a long 90 on the left and a short 45 on the right since you gotta keep ur hand on the throttle

i would go with both 90 because your hands won't go off the bar if they slip and you can get better leverage. ^^ you had that mixed up you would want 90 on left and 45 on right if you decided to go that way.
