I just picked up a 1999 Arctic Cat Powder special 700 and I was just wondering if anyone has had any experiences (good or BAD) with them. Thanks

tell us how you like it, especially trail performance. I'm looking at getting a 2000 Powder Special 600 EFI sometime through this season, if it will be ok here in MN....

I have not heard of any problems with them.

The only problem I see with it, is that there is no snow to drive it on! In my area anyway...

99 Powder Special 700's aren't the best performer in the 700 class, The have a propensity to Vibrate at Idle. The Piston Port 700 is a little low on power compared to other 700's but it is a very dependable motor. The suspension both front and rear are good. Should be a dependable machine. Heck man the most important part about snowmobiling is having fun. Doesn't matter what you ride if at the end of the day you have a smile on your face, then it was a good day.
