You need to support the back of the sled, remove the skid, unbolt and pull away the speedo drive, drain the chaincase, pop the chain and gears out, slide the driveshaft towards the clutch side, and it will drop out. I highly recomend replacing at least the driveshaft and chaincase bearings, if not all of the chaincase bearings, and the jacksaft bearing on the clutch side. Also replace the speedo key while you are in there, if it breaks off in the driveshaft it is a pain in the azz to get out, and they key is like 6 dollars. Be sure to pay attention the the track direction when reinstalling it.
