I am restoring a sled for my girlfriend and her kids and need to hone the cylinders and have only used a stone style hone. I have decided to use the dingle berry style hone by Flex Hone and was wondering what size hone to use? The motor is a Yamaha 570 L/C in a 89' Exciter than I'm doing a complete restoration and customization on and the cylinders are 73mm stock. They make a hone at the stock size of 73 mm or do you go a little smaller for cleaning and the cross hatching? The cylinders are in good shape with just a little rubbing but no gouges. Thanks for your help!
