I currently own a polaris 500 touring model and find with the extra track it rides like a dream, a little sluggish but smooth. I also own a 2000 600 xc45th the ride is not as smooth, but the power is intense.
I would be interested in what others experience with thier sleds.
I am also considering purchasing a 2002 RMK 800 snowcheck in march I would love to hear feedback from current owners good or bad. I am a little concerned about a few areas. Too much vibration, fuel consumption, I have always run picks for brakeing purpose on ice, with a 2" lug can a pick or anything elese be used?

800 rmk is a good sled.
what length track are you considering?
I think I am going to try the BLT Track Lug Studs on my TCat this year. I ride some icy trails sometimes until we get up higher and the conditions improve.
