Just ready to shoot myself in the head with a 50 cal. pistol. I pulled the engine and pulled the steering, air box, carbs, you name it I pulled it. Polaris should be shot in the head becasue of this design. They put these rivits in the worst posible spots. It looks like I need to pull the track now. If anyone could shine some light on this it would be greatly apperciated. By the way, its the center cooler in front of the track.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I had to replace mine 2 years ago, Picked up a piece of metal and sliced the cooler. Luckily I had planned to replace the track as well.
While your down there, check all rivets on the tunnel in that area, and replace all bearings. It's not actually that hard to do. You could have it out and back in in a day.
