How to charge battery on Indy?

Can anyone tell me what I need to buy and install a charging system for a battery on my 96 Polaris indy 500. I have put in a battery to run my GPS and would like to charge. Polaris dealer in Anchorage won't tell me a simple solution.

You need the voltage regulator from a polaris sled that has a battery. It will have an extra red wire out of it. This wire will go to your battery to charge it.
