You probably need to change your main jets and not mess with the screws.

Temperature change, and maybe your rings are starting to wear out. Could be time for a top end. I've noticed worn out motors run richer as well.

Are you doing wide open throttle tests when you check your plugs? WOT for 10sec and hit your kill switch while keeping the throttle wide open,if your plugs are not white and the sled is running good you have nothing to be worrying about.

Good coffee brown color is what you are looking for.

Do you crack the throttle a bit when starting it when warm and out riding?

Those screws only change the air mixture at idle and just off idle. Here is a diagram of what part of a carb controls fuel flow at a specific throttle position.

Changing gas blends...? More ethonal? Different brand? My xc was always spot on but the last few years have brought about some changes and I have jetted accordingly. I think its mostly the gas...my opinion of course.

Have you cleaned your carbs? Could be some build up in/around the jets causing a slight lean condition since you said this just came out of the blue.
