I was wondering how I can make My seat lighter so I can shed some weight. Im running a wedge chassie, I would still want the seat comfortable for riding agressevly though. Any help would be appreciated.

Take the seat apart cut as much foam as you want out of the bottom of the seat and replace it with styrofoam, best to do a little at a time until you find your comfort zone.

^^^ i wouldnt suggest that dude 1 wrong cut and there goes the look of your seat. try fabricating a freestyle seat lighter if you dont trail ride or sit down allot. but you could buy a light weight seat.

I think there would be alot heavier things on your sled to get rid of then take some foam out of your seat.
What about the skis? Hood? Trailing arms? only fill half a tank of gas?

Yeah cutting out foam and replacing with styro is a very common thing to do. If you have the money yeah buy a boss.
