I'm curious if anyone has replaced their hoses. The hoses on my sled route behind the chaincase. Do I need to remove the chaincase to get to them, or can I replace them without removing it?

If anyone has replaced their hoses, maybe they can give me a few tips because it looks like a bugger of a job.

thanks,

david

I'm not sure how it is on that sled, but I know on my '99 if I take my seat, gas tank and airbox off I can get to it.

If memory serves me correctly,on your 94 take off the air box and you should be able to see the coolant line/hoses coming out of the bulk head heat exchanger. If you can see them and the clamps your in buisness, or if ya really wanna you can remove the chain case. Might make it easier if you loosen the oil bottle and coolant resivoir(still do this with air box off) and move them slightly to make gettn at it easier also. Have a great Turkey day and good luck.
