OUCH! that made me "cringe" because they keep replaying it, wow! only if he had little bit more speed and then let it off when he launches in the air then he just might have it cleared 100%

That is from Crash Man Down. Its a good movie. They show him later with a bunch of pins in his leg. If you put it on slow or pause it at the right time, you can actually see him kick himself in the face.

I saw that in the Crash, Man Down video that frontier films put out. It completely destroyed the guys leg, cost like $150,000 in surgery to fix and he still cant walk right. Needless to say he stopped snowmobiling.

I've seen that before...and still looks painful. Hope he had some good medical insurance, as I'm sure that one was expensive.

That's one prime example of how some math and physics knowledge could have saved a guy. I suppose not too many people in the general public would have the know how though. Then, that's just my two-cents...

Pff..just gotta hit it harder. [:p]

That definetely would have hurt, although it could have been worse to ride it out.

I've seen sooo many sled injuries when they try to jump off the sled in mid-air....The shocks and suspension are there for a reason, let them take the abuse rather than your Extremities....

The first time I saw that I cringed big time, cause sure wasn't expecting that. I still cringe today just not so much.
