make sure key and kill switch r on how long has it been sitting, if that checks out check for spark ,put a plug in wire lay it atop the cyl head, if thats all good mix a bottle of pri mix fuel ,pull rhe air box ,and hold the throttle open give a good couple shots in the carbs be good to have the track off the ground see if it cranks up

It’s been sitting for 12 years in some Guy backyard

12 years? LOL.... Carbs all shellac and gummed up in carb ports etc.. Test for spark as said before. Use new plugs, Spray strarter fluid in plug holes each cylinder, put plugs back in pull it over few times see if it atleast fires on start fluid. If it does your good to go on carbs taken off and cleaned next step.

Hello, check if there is a spark, if this does not help, check if there is fuel, if it is, pour out the fuel, because how long it stood, it could freeze and now it is not suitable for it and pour new fuel and bleed the fuel system and it should help
