hello guys, i have a 1993 arctic cat ext 580z, and i just fixed it up real nice and heres one issue i have. okay, when i go to start my sled, it starts, but wont idle. so the only way i can have it running is by revving the engine. so i was looking into things that could be the issue, and ive been told that it could be a clougged pilot jet, so i replaced them both, tuned it up, but not sure if i tuned it right. why do you think it does this, and what can i do to fix it?

thanks,
mike

I will never claim to know it all, but I doubt the belt is too small...what did you do to tune it?

Typically, the piolt can be cleaned, and do not need to be replaced...did you replace them with the corrcet size?

do you think that could be why it doesnt idle?
Yes mt belt is a little too small and it will idle lower. Im just trying to narrow it down.
