it should have been marked on a sticker under the hood, in it's day! there is no exact setting anyway, turn it all the way in gently, untill it seats, then back it out about 1 turn, then go in and out about a half a turn untill you find the best setting when the rpm's pick up or slow down, get it somewhere in the middle. hope this helps?
idle screw settings for vm 34 mikuni
Does anyone know the idle screw setting (# of turns out) for a 1973 el tigre 440 it has a kawasaki engine and vm 34 carbs. any info on the settings or how i can find out about them would be greatly appreciated.
