Come some one tell me what type of ignition a 1979 ski-doo everst would have? thanks very much

You have an Energy Transfer ignition system. This system uses breaker points and condensors. No matter what the exact displacement for the sled it has this system. From the literature i have, you should have either the 343, the 440 or the 444 L/C engine. All of which have the ET system

Polaris is my way out - Other people just use a door.

I dont have a liqiud colled engine so i dont know it that changes anything and it is a 339

Ok, your 339 engine is refferred to as a 343...it has the ET system with the breaker points and condensors


Polaris is my way out - Other people just use a door.
