Up by our cabin, to access the forest service roads, we have to drive through a large parking lot owned by a man who is pissed off that we all have public access due to eminent domain. As a result, he plows all the snow off of the lot. It is a huge mud pit about 50 yards long. My question is, will it be bad for the sled to consistently travel through this thick mucky mud to access the snow?

Obveously it won't be great for it, Just try your best to keep on the side of the road. If you can get in the ditch (if there is one) or on the snow bank on the side.

I would say that eventually it might. If the mud gets into any of the berrings on you boogie wheels on your track the mud will tear them apart. It happened to my dad just with sand.
