Where should I start jetting my 583 after I install a dual pipe. Should I stay with stock?
Not sure the brand of pipe.

Also any other inexpensive mods that I can do on this 1990 mach1 583??

thinking about a tra clutch kit?

i would go up a couple sizes, at least, jets are cheap, when ever doing mods, go up on the jetting if you are not sure then bring it down, thats how any pro does it, and you may not get it right, right away but that will be a lot betten then having to do a top end rebuild. so go at least 10-20 jet points up, then work it down, and even on the first run take it easy

can,t help with doo to much,with twin pipe,you will have to know where the peak hp running rpm is now,and clutch for that, you will have to adjust your clutching
