KEEPIN MY BITS AND PIECES WARM

do you guys know of any thermal long johns that not only keep you warm but also keep the wind off of ones self? i like to ride with just a hooded sweater instead of a coat but that wind can really get to you. any suggestions?

Not to stray from you're personal parts pleasure items. Has anyone used the hand bar mitts? Do not need to be the ones displayed here but any and do they work or are they just a pain and cumbersome. I often think I would like them on real cold days. When the top of the hand freezes and the palm is burning. Any thoughts would be great.
