KEEPIN MY BITS AND PIECES WARM

do you guys know of any thermal long johns that not only keep you warm but also keep the wind off of ones self? i like to ride with just a hooded sweater instead of a coat but that wind can really get to you. any suggestions?

You could spend more on a friggin coat than your last sled cost you. I do recommend getting a coat that will breath. I have a few of the Columbia convertible jackets that everyone has, but when you take it off, the inside of the shell is always dripping with moisture. I wish I could afford goretex, but i'll be living with the hefty cinch sack like 700ZXM.

How much is a cheap gortex jacket? I would love to have one, but i cant afford hundreds of dollars.
