I just got my Klim Tekvest yesterday and want to make sure I got the sizing right.
The Klim model is a rebranded Tekrider Freestyle.

Using the weight and jacket size charts, I ordered a medium. As far as chest and waist sizing, I think the medium fits well. On its tightest adjustment, I can barely breathe and on the loosest, I hardly know its on.

My concern is really over the length of the vest.
In the front, the vest ends at just below my navel and the back ends about 2-3 inches above my waist.
I am 5'11'', and I have a long torso for my height (my inseam is only 30"), so I sorta expected this issue.
The vest covers my rib cage and shoulder area well, which I believe is its main purpose anyway.

Should I return the medium and get a large?
I suspect that if I do that, the torso length will increase, but I may have issues with chest and waist fitment.

Anyone that has a tekvest, what do you think? Should I stay with the size I've got??

Thanks,

Jeff

I'm 175, 5"10" had a large, and couldn't even tighten it enough to snug it up on me.
Ended up getting a Small, sizing is a bit off if you ask me.
