So I finally get my sled all back together, freshened up the top end, rebuilt waterpump, etc. take it out and ride about 3 miles and heard a clanking noise followed by a weird vibe. Open the cowling and there I see my large bushing from my secondary sitting in the belly pan under right under the secondary. Anyone ever see this? I just rebuilt the secondary about 100 miles ago, but didn't touch the bushing, just new buttons/helix/ spring. Guess I'm putting the roller back on for now..

Btw: this was on my 02 Edge XCR.

Looks like one of the screws came out, and the other 3 are pretty mangled along with my helix from where the bushing wedged itself out. Just my luck, at least I had the roller for a back up..

Ok, so now that my rebuild kit is in, anyone have any tips for installing the new bushing? Is there a special tool I need? All I know is its really pi$$ing me off.
