I built my snopro last year. Its a 2001 snopro tunnel and bulk head that i fitted 1999 ssnopro plastics on it. I have a BM 680 big bore top end on the 440 A case bottem end. I extened the tunnel and skid out to 144". I have 8 tooth anti racket spockets on it to fit the 2" paddel track on it. I have pods and outwearers on it no airbox, bearcat clutches, 38mm round slides tapered bored to 40mm along with many other mods. She wasnt much when I bought it. Im interested in what you guys are running.

looks good man!i dont have much of a mod sled except for some handle bar risers and some suspension work but yours looks great. keep it up

Thanks man. I paid $200 for the 2001 tunnel, bulk head and a 1999 snopro that was blown up. Put alot of time into it.

Here is mine.
96 xcr 600 chassis, 97 ultra 680 motor, AAEN pipes, oil injection delete kit, modded airbox, custum motor mounts, Had to tweek the pipes to get them to fit, Fox shox all around, rear skid out of a 99 xcr 800, motovan uni skis, airbrushed hood, KOSO water temp gauge.

Soon to be a 136" track. There is more that i know im forgetting

Its becoming a never ending money pit.
I might be haveing madcow port the motor, shave the heads, and do some timeing changes.

dont have any new pics of my sled...but i can tell ya im putting out about 450 hp. man those monster tickers are great power gain on your mod

I'm relatively dumb to heavy modding of sleds, why would you want to ditch oil injection? I'm not saying this in a smart ass way, stupid internet, not allowing for tone of voice adjustments.....

The last motor i had oil injection on blew up because the pump went out. It cost me alot of money. Its mostly for piece of mind. I can ajust the oil/gas ratio if i want. Its more tuneability, piece of mind, and now without the oil bottle i have a great place to store stuff. The way i see it is its not hare to pour some oil in a ratio rite cup, then into your gas tank. It cost me $30 for the kit and if that pump where to ever go out then that $30 just saved me about 4 or $500.
Thats why i did it.

This is my 03 Sno Pro 440, mods include 968cc D&D engine with 195HP and 130 ft lbs torque,C&A pro skis,BoonDocker controller,D&D clutch,06 seat,Fox Float shocks on all four points,6" bar risers,thermal coated twin D&D pipes,custom stroker crank,billet rods,thermal coated pistons and combustion chambers,1 3/8" track with 181 1 1/2" studs,fourth wheel kit.
