Hey XCR I work at our local leaders marine as a polaris bolt man, and when i put suspensions back on i bold them on with the rear end raised and the limit straps off. I then lower the sled untill the suspension compresses about 1 inch then set the limit straps to the closest setting. All of the suspension that i have worked on had the stop blocks locted centered between the lower idler wheels. Hope this helps!!

Hmmmm... I did an overhaul to mine this summer too but I just left the straps right in the same position they were before. Is that wrong?
