I am looking at a 1995 Polaris XLT 600. It is in good shape. It has a 1.25 paddle track with 4800 miles total on the sled. It has a couple little dings in the hood. Otherwise everything like seat, shocks, and skis etc. are all in good shape. I was just wondering what everybody thinks it is worth.

Thanks.

Has it been rebuilt? If its the 597cc (high output motor) then prone to crank problems with the PTO bearing. If its all safe and sound, and good consmetically I'd pat 12-1500 for it. There will always be something broke with a sled thats 11 years old, keep that in mind.

$1500 tops. 4800 miles is nothing, I can put that on in a couple months if I so wish. But I have 2 sleds that I put on 3k or so a year. The 96/97 models were more prone to problems than the '95's were. If I'd find one cheap I'd buy one for my son.

anything over 1500 is too much but if you can get it for 1000 it would be a good deal

The 95's were pretty solid, it was the 96's until mid 87's that had the PTO bearing oiling issue.
Seen a few 95's go on Ebay for $800-$900 range. I wouldn't pay any more than $1200 for it.
