Ebay is probably your cheapest option. Just don't get camoplast, they are junk.

are they easy to change over?
Real easy. Shouldn't take 5 min per ski.

I have the same sled, the previous owner put a pair of newer plastic v-max ski's on it, I love them.
I have seen some on ebay. we have another tripple like it, I was even considering the camoplast ski's on denniskirk, but I'm having trouble finding reviews for them.

In 98 a lot of the Yami's came out with plastic skis. Another option for you, is to try your local yami dealer for any left overs or trade-ins. Might get lucky and strike a deal.
