Looking to buy a vintage snowmobile. I'am looking for one of these sleds. The sled must be in good shape, would really like it to have the registration so I could register it in NY. Ever hear of the old sled company scorpion which was bought out buy arctic cat. Those old scorpions could go like h*ll they used to race them with fantastic results. I had several when I was younger that I pulled out of family members barns and such and fixed up. I had a 400 rockwell engine with dual carbs I used to swap out into all of them the thing went for some reason it would go far faster then the 440 rockwell I had got with one of them.

i got a 1988 chevy pickup coustom 20inch rims dual mufflers (cherry bom) chevy 454 coustom headers elalebrock blower all black no done [thumb] but i do have do a 1972 chevy elcamio ss454 red and black lt60 in back stock in frout cherry bom side pipes. and 2008 chevy 2500 durmax ss coustom 2inch lift 32 inch tires ltz silver crome (cherry bom) cat bag muffler 6inch. and my final car 1977 ford f350 highboy 6 inch lift chery bom dual 352m big. 2008 chevy top speed at 180 so far drag 3-4 strip 9.69.

what the hell is a "mod muffler"?? either it is piped or stock exhaust, or maybe a gutted exhaust,or a "can" not a "mod muffler"
too bad you were'nt closer, i might have a 80 txl 340 that for the right price would be up for grabs. studded, bored .20 over, wiseco prolite pistons,tuned pipes, runs straight. consistant 78-80 mph in 1,000 ft on ice in vintage class. and no i will not ship
