I just put an m-10 in. I have the chart for what the rear shock spring should be set at. For soft, firm, weight, etc. Is there a chart for, how to set the front shock spring up?

I don't think there is a whole lot of adjusting to be done with the front shock.
I have the instructions around here somewhere, but I forgot where I put 'em.
There is an adjustment for more or less ski pressure, where the bottom piece connects to the rails.
I'll dig through my pictures and hopefully I can find the spot I'm talking about.

OK, I found a picture. Behind this idler wheel, there are a couple of holes in the aluminum frame. Having the (I can't think of what its called) *thing* bolted to the upper set of holes will give you less ski pressure, and you'll have more ski pressure if its bloted to the lower set.
As far as the front spring adjustments go, I think I have mine set up for "as soft as possible."
