I just droped my main jet from a 360 to 350. will the leaner main jet affect my needle jeting

Should be fine, as the needle controls 3/8-3/4 and main is 3/4-wot.

I have always dropped 2 main sizes and never touch the pilots or needles.

All the fuel that is metered by the needle jet/jet needle goes through the main jet first. At 3/4 throttle and above, the jet needle clears the needle jet and no longer interferes with flow. If you go to a smaller jet, the midrange will be affected; it may not be enough to matter, but it's worth the time to check. If you were very close in the midrange before going to a smaller main, you may be too lean in the midrange after going to a smaller jet.

It doesn't hurt to check the plugs after running in the midrange first time out to make sure you aren't over the edge...

BC Dan has it on the money. They all kinda interact. Even going to smaller pilots will lean it out on the top end, although not by much.
