Ok in the summer months, when there is times of extreme drought (sp?) they sometimes dump some crap in the clouds from a plane that is supposed to make rain. Now due to the very poor winter economy this year, wouldn't it make sence for them to do this now too? MAKE SOME SNOW! I would sign the petition for that! Hell, I would even throw some money at it too! Any thoughts?
