I didn't see a thread about the MN snow conditions for this year yet. So how much snow do you have in your area? My parents in Detroit Lakes said they got about 9 inches. 6"-8" more in the forcast for Wed-Thurs. Off to a good start.

... Record daily maximum snowfall set at Fargo ND...

Records for Fargo date back to 1881.

Statement as of 5:41 AM CST on November 23, 2010

... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Wednesday morning
through Thursday afternoon...

A Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Wednesday morning
through Thursday afternoon.

* Another storm system moving in will bring additional snow for
Wednesday morning. Light snow will continue for Wednesday night
and Thursday with blowing snow as winds pick up.

* Snowfall amounts will range from 6 to 8 inches near the
international border to around 4 inches in the southern Red
River valley.

* Winds will pick up into the 25 to 30 mph range by late Wednesday
night... causing widespread blowing and drifting of snow.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Watch means there is a potential for significant
snow... sleet... or ice accumulations that may impact travel.
Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.

Nothing but rain down here in SE MN. Seems like everywhere else has at least gotten a dusting.

The new storm is petering out a bit for today and tommorow, but it is looking good. There is more snow in Fargo than Detroit Lakes. Im not sure if I am going to ride in Detroit Lakes or Fargo this weekend. I live in south Fargo, and kids have been riding by my house since Monday.
