MOVING THE NEEDLE

If I move the Clip up, allowing the needle to sit lower, does that lean it out, or make it more rich. I thought it made it leaner, just want to make sure

usually, on most motors, it leans it up-

when you move the needle so that it sits lower, it restricts the opening, thus leaning it up.

Hey, mister weather man...dump about 3.5 feet of snow over here!

Just thought i would give you another conformation. Yes, Moving the clip up leans the mixture.
Clip up = lean

Clip down = rich
