Call someone. Hygear, Carver, etc. They will give you a correct answer over the phone and save you some time waiting for one of us to reply. If you know the Total length and stroke of your exisiting shock you should be able to find one to fit. It'sll cost you though. Rebuildable HPGs aren't cheap. You can throw a few cheap hydraulic shocks in over the years for the price of a rebuildable. Plus on a 380 you probably will be upgrading the sled in coming years.
