No changes necessary. Just get some washable earplugs and go. No added hp, really, might lose some weight 3-5#. Easier to diet and exercise. Save your money, or spend it on a clutch kit.

check out hiperf.com make note of the silencers you like and get back to me in private messages. I am a dealer for hpe and usually give a little discount to people on this site.

also check out aaenperformance.com I am running a sale on exhaust right now to.
silencers just change the note of the sled. the biggest things with silencers is that it can reduce a lot of wieght on some sleds.
the aaen pipe has the silencer built into it. it gains6 hp, but looses 25 lbs. that is huge amount of wieght loss.

cans can be a very controversial thing to talka bout. they sound cool and all but i bought one last year, and i change my mind now. i wish i put that 250 bucks towards new shocks or something like that. i know listen to music to drain out the braaap. its sounds cool to me for about the first hour. after that i could care less. be careful with ur choices cuz most places are non refundable with things like these. i would go with slp or mbrp. you wont need any changes to jets or anything. but if i could do it all over again, i would buy a new pipe, and keep my stock silencer. but thats just my opinion. good luck!

With most add on pipes, you have to rejet the carbs and change clutching to match the new power band that the pipe produces, if you don't rejet, you risk running to lean, and if you don't reclutch the sled, the engine won't be operating in the proper power band for the pipe,
