If the economy was good, then $4500,but right now, $3600 sounds about right.

ok thanks do u guys know what the guy ment for pump gas and race gas heads?
You claim to already have a race sled, and you don't know what the difference is? Pump gas heads are heads that you use when you are trail riding so you can use usually 93 octane, but with timing adjustment you can run 89 or even 87. Race heads are for running high octane fuels, which is usually 100 to 114 octane.

How about I explain what the difference is so you know. On a stock head your running a fairly low compression ratio. With a lower compression ratio you can run pump gas(91 preferebly) without the risk of causing detonation. With a higher compression head(race head) you will need to run a higher octane of fuel or you will cause pre-detonation which takes down motors very quickly. If its a sled you would use strictly for racing than I would run the high compression head and race fuel but if its your trail rider leave the stock head on.
