Been over a year since i've last ridden or even had my snowmobile running and i'm heading up to Seney this weekend.
What I need though, is a list of things I should do before heading up.
Rear suspension has already been checked out, needed two new idler wheels.
Next thing on my list is cleaning the carbs, but then not really sure on what else I should do except re-greasing.

I usually change the chaincase oil, and check out the chain/gears, and also clean/inspect clutches. The primary is easy, usually you can get away with just blowing it down with compressed air (unless its really nasty) the secondary is a little more involved and You can usually get away with leaving it alone, but at least take it off to grease the jackshaft bearing and speedo drive. I usually clean and paint my exhaust too. If its been sitting that long, maybe you should change your fuel/oil filters as well. Dont forget to bleed your oiling system if you change filters.
