What is an Indy Triumph? I went to the polaris page and could not find one. I do not want to seem ignorant or stupid, but I have not heared of one. This would be the 4 stroke model? or just some decal you applied?

The indy triumph was a 0ne year only sled...polaris built in in 2000, with the XLT motor. 600 triple. It more or less is an XLT in a GEN II chassis, but it was renamed for 2000 and then axed from production the following year.

Thanks I was real curious. I guess I was so into buying the machine I was into I just didn't pay much attention to the other machines that were not on my list for that year.
To be honest I was always a cat man until I rode the new polaris It was a fluke purchase now I would never go back. Cats are good and so are ski-doo, but nothing like the ride of a polaris for comfort.
We were at the cat / polaris dealer buying the cat 600 with moonglow paint was a nice machine. My wife was doing the papper work thing I was browsing. I liked the look of the 600 xc and sat down on it it was like a glove. Being a shorter guy it was not too wide and felt right. My brothers and friends 8 out of 10 ride polaris and love them. So I changed my mind and now I am truely happy with my purchase.
