After a 10 year hiatus from snowmobiles I just purchased a 2000 VMAX 700 triple. The last sled I rode was a 1986 Kawasaki 440. Is there anything I should be concerned with on my new machine? I ride in either Old Forge PA or Tug Hill NY.

Welcome back to the sport! I'm not familiar with the VMAX but I would suggest looking for a manual and research the internet for info/recalls. There is also a search option on the site where you can look for previous topics about your sled. Welcome to the site and welcome back to snowmobiling!
