What ever you do dont throw out the old track thoughs cleats could come in handy. I know because I just replaced about 20 or so on my 73 tx 440. What a pain but a lot cheaper than buying new ones or a new track IF I could find one.

Well about 3 years ago we replaced all the cleats on that track...the new track we are putting on is a molded rubber style track just like the new sleds run so we dont really have a use for the old cleats any more. The new track supposedly needs to have the suspension moved an inch forward in the tunnel because it is about an 1" shorter than the old one. But i think i'm going to try w/o moving it first and see if it fits...I think it will work w/o moving it.
