My sled lost it's top end.. can you help me find it..?

It seems to stop at 80-85Mph.. It's a this year problem.. I've been trying to sort out for a while.. down the trail in short bursts I can get the revs right up to 9k.. but down the lake it stops at 8... then longer you hold it, it will actually drop to around 7700..? Since I changed to the almond spring it holds around 8100-8200.. but still drops down if you hold it long enough..

Here's what I've tried so far..

New belt..

New secondary replaced the older one for a newer style one with adjustable deflection.. (red spring 4th hole)..

Changed from the blue primary spring to almond..

New chain tensioner and chain..

Also the motor is fresh 3 new pistons at the start of the season.. great compression.. The plugs all look good.. I'm pretty sure my problem lies in the clutching somewhere.. any help would be great.. thanks again..

Regards,
