Now they bumped it up to 10"

Right now there is 1.5" on the ground. Coming down hard, heavy and wet....
I am leaving monday afternoon. Who else in going???

Heard they got around 8". Ssupposed to be 35 and sunny tomorrow and 32 Monday with possible light snow. I'm sure it will be pounded up and there will be next to nothing left. Had vacation lined up for next week and cancelled 2 days.
Looks like I'll be atving in my snowmobile gear.

They ended up with 6". They panned yesterday. Trails will be alright as not much traffic as christmas holiday. Different story come tuesday. They do need more snow but just be lucky we go what we did. More snow on the way for mid week.

I know vilas cty is open. (st.germain, eagle river)

XCR, Where is the area closest west that has rideable snow? Wasn't startig in about Hayward and east supposed to get 5-10" on Fri-Sat (few days ago)? Hayward is only an hour from me and if there is reasonable snow, the wife and I could trailer over that way and ride for the day on Tues.

Let me know if you think it's worth it.

Does this map look right?

How far away are you from presque isle. I have heard the iron cty is good. I have checked the cams over by cable but have heard no reports.

Presque isle is good from what I can tell, the cams around cable look good. You can go to www.johndee.com and click on NCN at the left part of the screen and look for yourself. I don't want to say they are good and have you waste your time/gas and be pissed at me.

There is snow but it is icey and thin. No lake trails are marked.

My uncle just called from our cabin about 12.7 miles out of Winter and he said theres about an inch of snow at best and theres about 4-6 inches of ice on the lake we ice fish.

HOLY SH&**&^&*, I wonder if i could talk my dad i to going up to Hurley country.

What do you guys think it will be like this weekend? I'm going to Baraboo to do some snowboarding with friends, and was wondering if trailering the extra 3 or so hours north up there would be worth it.
Johndee says you'll get a little bit more snow... are the trails beat already?
